Travel Physical Therapist – $3,138/Week | Days | Anchorage, AK
Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Anchorage, Alaska.
Job Details:
- Specialty: Physical Therapist.
- Facility: Providence Alaska Medical Center.

- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
- Schedule: Days, 4x10s.
- Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- Hours: 40 hours/week.
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,138/week.
- Employment Type: Travel Contract.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 1 - Preference for more than 1 year in Acute Care setting.
- First Timers Accepted: Yes - if they have Acute Care experience within the last 3 years, or with at least 5 years experience in Acute Care.
- Certs REQ: BLS, PT License, Prefer WCC.
- Skills REQ: Per UD.
- Weekend REQ: Some Satudays are required for regular shifts - this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 schedules shifts for the week.
- Pending License Accepted: No - compact license is accepted.
Assignment Details:
- Is on-call REQ: No.
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: If needed may float to like units.
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes.
- Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks.
- Surgical: Neuro spine/brain/IR, ortho/trauma, cardiac, cardiothoracic, general.
- Trauma level 2.
- Type of Facility: Acute Hospital.
- Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska.
- Total Staffed Beds: 407.
- Scrub Color: Provided.
