Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Job Details:
  • Specialty: Neuro ICU.
  • Location: Winston Salem, NC.
  • Start Date: November 30, 2026.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Schedule: Nights, 3x12s.
  • Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.
  • Hours: 36 hours/week.
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,331/week.
  • Employment Type: Travel Contract.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Neuro ICU RN experience.
  • Active RN license (state or compact license as required).
  • BLS required.
  • ACLS required.
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
  • Experience with drips, ventilated and critically ill patients.
  • Prior travel experience preferred.
